Our Customer Experience Program focuses on delivering the high notes of customer service by creating a full mind, spirit and body hospitality model. Our goal is to ensure patients are treated as if they are at a 5-star resort and leave recommending a Symphony Post Acute Network Member Facility to friends and family. Symphony of Joliet has a Director of Customer Experience to help our patients and their families get the best out of their stay with us.

Joliet Café, located on the first floor, is open from 8:30am – 5pm daily and proudly brews Starbucks coffee and serves pastries and snacks.
